05/12/2023 - "Scarlett" GCHS South Willow's Puttin' On The Ritz was awarded Select at the 2023 American Boxer Club Nationals. This win defeated all other female entries but one in a show of over 350 Boxers total! In the Specialty leading up to our Breed National, Scarlett was awarded Best Opposite Sex and "Pohaku" MBIS MBISS GCHG South Willow's Drop It Like It's Hot, was awarded Select Dog.
10/14/2023 - South Willow Boxers is home to 37 Champions and Grand Champions from 2007 through Today. In 2014 Chili became a Dam Of Merit and then in 2018 she became a Grand Dam Of Merit. In 2014 Posh became a Dam Of Merit. Rogue is our dual Champion from the US and Canada and became our 3rd Dam Of Merit in 2018. 2019 brought us a Sire Of Merit with Bocephus. In 2022 Skyy, Monkey and Raven all became a Dam Of Merit...3 in 1 year! South Willow Boxers is also proud to say some of our dogs carry a Coursing Ability and Coursing Ability Advanced title and some have added a Canine Good Citizen title. But our most prized attribute of our Boxers is their temperament, making them the perfect family member!"
12/31/2022 - Pohaku finished the 2022 year as #4 Boxer and Scarlett at #16 in the Breed Standings. Both being eligible to show in the American Boxer Club Top 20 event! 2022 gave us our first Best In Show Winner.
11/19/2022 - Pohaku has won Best of Breed and a Group Three at The National Dog Show, which was televised on Thanksgiving Day!
06/17/2022 - Pohaku has won the Breed Nationals at the American Boxer Club Specialty!
"Scarlett" GCHS South Willow's Putin' On The Ritz starting off National Specialty week with a bang! At the first Specialty show at the Central Indiana Boxer Club she was awarded Best Opposite in an entry of 143 Boxers. After competing the the Top 20 with the other top ranked Boxers, Scarlett finished out the week at the ABC National Specialty being awarded Select, defeating all females but one in an entry of over 320 Boxers, 62 of which were specials. Scarlett is currently starting another year in the Top 20.
Having a dog win Breed at the American Boxer Club Nationals goes far beyond a dream. Something like this many would think to be out of reach. Pohaku, only just turning 2 years old and very little showing compared to pretty much every other Breed entry, won Best Of Breed with an entry of over 350 Boxers. He was also the Best Of Opposite winner at one of the Specialties leading up to the Nationals under breeder judge Stephanie Abraham. At the very next set of shows following Nationals, Pohaku won a Reserve Best In Show!
Bocephus finished out 2016 #1 owner handled Boxer in the AKC NOHS for the second year in a row. Since we did not attend the finals for 2015, we made sure to go the following year where Bocephus was awarded Best Of Breed in the NOHS Finals. He went on to win Best Opposite Sex to the #1 Boxer All Breed in the AKC National Championship and the Central Florida Working Group shows. After not showing much in 2017, Bocephus still finished #3 in the NOHS.
We are currently expecting a litter March 1st due in Northern California, out of "Mia" GCH South Willow N JP's Too Much Monkey Business. In the future we will be breeding "Scarlett" GCHB South Willow's Putin' On The Ritz, "Reina" CH South Willow's Wanna Monkey Around and "Cleo" GCH South Willow's Badah Boom. "Eros" CH Fanfare-South Willow Amor Vincit at O'Bravo is a generically plain gorgeous male with frozen semen available. "Pohaku" GCHS South Willow's Drop It Like It's Hot who was the American Boxer Club 2022 National Breed Winner.

Although I grew up in the Dog Show World as my mother bred and handled as Sultan Shih Tzu's, South Willow Boxers wasn't established until 2003 with my first Boxer Brewser. It is an eternal relationship I share with my Boxers. A great deal of my time is spent with my dogs. I spend a fair amount of my days traveling to AKC Conformation Events at which I have placed many points on most of my Boxers owner/handled. From time to time, I do have Boxer puppies available. I also create Wet Coats, Warm Coats, Slide Collars and offer Web Design.
South Willow Boxers attributes its name to the amazing Willow Canyons located minutes from where South Willow Boxers began in Grantsville, Utah. Some of the most beautiful sites can be seen in the gorgeous mountains there. South Willow Boxers now calls Glendale, Arizona its home.
